VICTOR SHTIVELBERG
BIOGRAPHY
Victor Shtivelberg
was born in 1960 in Odessa, Ukraine. He graduated from the Odessa Institute of Fine Arts.
Since 1987, Victor participated in over a dozen solo exhibitions and about 50 group exhibitions in different countries.
In 1993 he became a member of the International Association of Arts.
His works are included in several museum collections and many private collections all over the world.
Although realism is a basic component of Victor Shtivelberg's painting, it is realism of his mystic inner world. Using symbols from diverse cultures he creates his own peculiar magnetic language, which is neither realistic nor surrealistic. Over the years he has developed a brilliant, mature and highly individual color palette, which he handles with refined sensibility.
