Larisa Pilinsky (Lark):
Now living in Los Angeles, Lark was born in the Tyan Shan Mountains of central Asia in the former Soviet Union. She grew up in Ukraine and received her art education in Russia. Since moving to the United States, LARK has participated in more than 20 local and international exhibitions, among them: Solo exhibitions in the Nickelodeon Animation Studios and the Avatar Art Gallery, group shows in the
Swedish-American Museum of Art and the Museums of Contemporary Art in Armenia and Russia. The SoHo International Art Competition has recognized her work, as well as the Foundation of Collage Artists of America. Lark is a member
of the Bunker art group whose artists are exhibiting at USC's Institute for Genetic Medicine Gallery in July of this year. "
